We aim to keep payment, refund and cancellation handling clear and fair.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility depends on service status, notice period, work already completed, driver allocation, third-party costs and any booking-specific terms shown at checkout.
Paid bookings
If a paid booking cannot be fulfilled by Get It Moving, we will review the booking and provide the appropriate refund, rearrangement or credit option.
Additional charges
Extra items, extra time, waiting time, access issues or changed booking details may require an additional payment link before the job is updated.
